    DMH type dry heat sterilization box product usage

    This series of products is mainly used for drying, sterilizing, and removing heat sources from heat-resistant items such as penicillin bottles, aluminum caps, metal vessels, and glassware in the pharmaceutical industry.

    Structural characteristics

    1. All parts inside the cavity that may come into contact with objects are made of 304-2B or 316L stainless steel material.

    2. The outer surface is made of 304-2B stainless steel material, using a new production process that meets GMP requirements and makes the appearance more simple and beautiful.

    3. Unique insulation method ensures that the surface temperature of the product is ≤ room temperature+15 ℃.

    4. The inner chamber adopts TIG sealed welding method, and the four corner arc transition structure of the inner chamber body has no dead corners and is easy to clean.

    5. High temperature resistant and efficient filters are installed inside the chamber for filtration.

    6. The high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency filter inside the chamber adopts a double-layer flat seal with a negative pressure seal in the middle.

    Technical features

    1. Leading technology achieves dynamic hundred level and excellent temperature uniformity of dry heat sterilization cabinets.

    2. The mobile door adopts a safe and stable pneumatic opening and closing system, and adopts advanced vacuum sealing method to ensure good sealing of the door. It is simple and practical, effectively avoiding contamination of sterilized items.

    3. The inlet and exhaust systems of this series of products are equipped with H13 level high-temperature resistant and high-efficiency filters on one side of the chamber, with a filtration efficiency of 99.99%, ensuring that the chamber reaches a hundred level. The main filter of the chamber adopts an innovative combination sealing process, which effectively improves product efficiency while making disassembly and maintenance easier. The laminar flow plate inside the cavity adopts a unique hole distribution to control the horizontal laminar airflow, effectively improving the thermal energy utilization rate and temperature uniformity.

    4. The equipment adopts an advanced fully automatic control system, which automatically controls the temperature and maintains a positive pressure system inside the cavity. An independent over temperature protection system effectively ensures equipment safety.

    5. This product is equipped with a multifunctional verification interface for dust particle verification testing and temperature distribution testing. The main filter of the chamber is equipped with a DOP verification port.
