working principle:
One end of this machine is equipped with a motor and a reducer. The power of the motor is transmitted to the reducer through a belt, and the reducer is then transmitted to the V-shaped bucket through a coupler. Continuously operate the V-shaped bucket, driving the materials inside the bucket to mix up, down, left, and right inside the bucket.
Material and Structure:
1. The cylinder of the mixer is made of 3mm 304-2B stainless steel material, and the outer shell is made of 1.2mm 304-2B stainless steel material. The bracket is made of 8 # channel steel.
2. The mixed discharge valve is made of all stainless steel precision machining and sealed with fixed silicone rubber material at the connection to ensure the sealing effect of the machine during operation.
3. The feed inlet of the mixer adopts a quick opening structure for selective feeding, making it easy for users to operate during feeding and cleaning.
4. Two stainless steel guide plates are welded at the joint on both sides of the mixer cylinder and polished to ensure that there is no dead corner inside the cylinder, ensuring that the mixer can achieve the desired effect during mixing and cleaning.
5. The mixer is equipped with a forced mixing device.
